What are you doing to help stop climate change?

To help stop climate change we’ll all need to do our bit to cut carbon emissions. That means you too!

Whether it’s saving energy in your home or at school, recycling more, or changing how you get from place to place, we'd like you to tell us one thing you plan to do to cut your carbon.

Year 5 pupils at St Michael’s Primary School, Southfields, in London said:

'I've learned that after I’ve played on my Playstation I have to switch it off. If I don't I'll waste electricity.' Firdoss

'I will try my hardest to recycle and walk to school. I will tell my parents to switch off electronics after they've used them.' Ming

'I promise to switch off my TV at the plug.' Henry

'I will ask my mum and dad to try and walk a bit more often.' Oscar

We're in it together
Remember, although every person can do their bit, climate change is a huge problem, which can only be solved by working together. Parliament is deciding on a new law that means the UK must make big cuts in the polluting gases it pumps out. Watch this space for the latest news.
